5 months no proposal nor houses tour. Then on my own Hunt I fall on the house tag ( on sell) I called the number and unfortunately it was sold, but a voice and the energy on the other side of the phone, was full of enthusiasm and knowledge. We agreed to tour an house and that was a positive shock, a bingo! The professionalism is on her DNA. she explained how the process works and what she was expected on me during this time. (she was my advisor / counselor). we found a new mortgage company and everything went through. She was day and night able to reply and answer questions. Until, finally in less than 2 months I found my dream house, get a mortgage approved and as I said her professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm, expertise, respect, kindly, were among that made the process smooth and quick. the closing day was on July 22nd, 2022 and we are in, already! please, make a try and I guarantee, you will never be disappointed.

I personally highly recommend working with an agent like Lisa who does this full time because she takes the job responsibilities serious. A lot of people make the mistake of hiring a friend or associate who does this kind of work part time and i personally believe you are making a mistake doing that. You want someone who does this full time and has built the relationships that she has over the years on your side to protect you in one of the most important investments that you will make in your lifetime. We could not have asked for a more reliable, honest, determined, helpful, or more patient agent. She answered all questions we had, showed us houses keeping in mind our crazy schedules. She also helped us with find a finance officer to walk us through the whole procedure. She helped us find our first home, and we are very thankful.

From the first phone call, Lisa was 100% invested in finding a perfect home for us.
